Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products once they have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@rokecoffeeco.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product or packaging so we can review the issue.
Damages and issues
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@rokecoffeeco.com if there is an issue.
To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Coffee products
• Opened products
• Used products
• Gift cards
• Promotional or clearance items

Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not offer exchanges on coffee products once they have been shipped.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact hello@rokecoffeeco.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, refunds will not be issued for opened, used, or consumed coffee products.
